The first four (4) Pakistani engineers accomplished their research study and training of six months in China under the National Key R&D Program of China called "China-Pakistan Joint Research and Development Center on Key Technologies of SHP and Rural Electrification", which is undertaken by National Research Institute for Rural Electrification (briefed as NRIRE). Before their return to Pakistan, a sum-up meeting was held on July 18, 2019 for the first phase of training program under the China-Pakistan Project between the two sides.
At the meeting, Pakistani engineers exhibited the rich results they had achieved during the past six months, and all the 4 engineers were satisfied with the training arrangement, as well as the knowledge they had learnt. Meanwhile, both sides discussed the future training mode and content, and specified the implementation plan for the upcoming training. Furthermore, through reviewing and evaluating the previous cooperation, the two sides proposed to accelerate the follow-up work. Mr. Dong Dafu, Deputy Director of NRIRE, attended the meeting and issued the certificates for the Pakistani engineers.
