China published a white paper, titled "China and the World in the New Era," to help the international community better understand China's development, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC).
Issued by the State Council Information Office, the white paper systematically introduced China's achievement and path of development, as well as where China is going, according to Xu Lin, director of the State Council Information Office.
