Qualification Introduction

Master’s degree for 23years, and PhD for 20 years. to be a member of board in applied economics at Nankai University, a member of China Association in World Economy, and in International Trade. Used to be an expert of MOFCOM for international Review and task force for feasibility study on China-Australia and China-New Zealand Free Trade agreements, and also an expert of UN Office for SSC and CICETE for project evaluation; to and used to lead several major, key and youth projects of National Fund for Social Science, and used to undertake many study projects for MOFCOM, Development Research Center of the State Council, National Development and reform Commission, State-owned Asserts Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and Petro China etc. ; also used to take part in some study projects carried out by UNCTAD, WTO, and UNDP.
