July 1997 - 2003, Worked at the Tokyo University  and Nihon University as an Senior visiting scholar and visiting researcher。

Have taught Chinese Pharmacy, Practical Chinese Herbal Medicine, Medicinal Botany, Poisonous Plants, Pharmacognosy, and Drugs. Have published more than 100 papers in journals and journals at home and abroad, 3 of which are indexed by SCI, 8 monographs and 11 translated works. The scientific research projects have presided over have won two third-class prizes of Science and Technology Progress in Fujian Province and one second-class prize of Science and Technology Progress in Fuzhou;1 Second Prize of Quanzhou Science and Technology Progress, 1 Second Prize of Putian Science and Technology Progress.

Have 6 national invention patents.
