2017年8月22日，中国国际经济技术交流中心鄢东主任会见了来访的联合国南南合作办公室（以下简称南南办）切蒂克（Jorge Chediek）主任、王晓军副主任等一行五人。
切蒂克主任介绍了南南办新的管理团队，对海陆丝绸之路城市联盟项目进展、2017年全球南南合作博览会和2019年3月在布宜诺斯艾利斯召开的南南大会等事宜进行了说明。希望与我中心深入合作，共同推动项目活动开展。鄢东主任对此作出了积极的回应。
Director General Yan Meets UNOSSC Delegation
22 August 2017, Beijing-CICETE Director General Yan Dong met with a visiting delegation from UNOSSC. The 5-member delegation was headed by Mr. Jorge Chediek, Director of UNOSSC and Ms. Xiaojun Grace Wang, Vice Director of UNOSSC.
Mr. Jorge Chediek briefed CICETE on the new management team of UNOSSC and introduced the process of the Maritime-Continental Silk Road Cities Alliance Project, the Global South-South Development Expo 2017 and the South-South Conference which will be held in March, 2019, Buenos Aires. He hoped to further reinforce the friendly cooperation with CICETE to explore more possibilities. Mr. Yan reacted positively to his proposals.
